Final Sale Policy
To preserve the integrity of our collection and ensure fairness to all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our business model and supplier relationships, we do not issue refunds for any reason other than the rare case of a product arriving damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order should arrive damaged or not as described, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at noirvaclub@gmail.com. Our team will review your case and work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Customer Responsibility
We kindly ask that all customers double-check order details, including sizes, colors, and shipping addresses, before finalizing their purchase. Noirva cannot assume responsibility for orders placed incorrectly.
